A stable chair, clear floor space, and optional light resistance band are sufficient. We email a short checklist after you register.

Most gatherings run ninety minutes including arrival, practice, and integration. Occasional shorter workshops are announced separately.

Yes. Select intensives and open-studio afternoons take place at 833 Union St 2nd floor. Online members receive priority registration links.
